EG closes acquisition of Zeroni Oy
Copenhagen, 31 March 2024 – Today, EG announced the closing of the acquisition of the Finnish software
supplier Zeroni.
As all closing conditions are met, including customary regulatory approval, the offer was successfully completed on 31 March 2024.
Aleksander Bjaaland, Senior Vice President in EG Construction, notes, ”The combination of Zeroni’s and EG Construction’s product portfolio is highly complementary and will provide us with the opportunity to offer customers even more advantages by digitizing workflow management and directing resources to productive work.
